Return & Refund Policy

At GX Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gloves that have been used or show signs of wear

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gxgolfgloves.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A photo of the item (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps, including the return shipping address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@gxgolfgloves.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible—either through a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
